This calculator is only a guideline, based on low to moderate soil levels.  Actually cost for 1st time clients is billed hourly, based on the actual amount of time the cleaning takes.  Things such as the number of people that live in the home, the type / number of pets and amount of décor all impact the amount of time a cleaning can take.
